Refunds are available for website development services if requested within 48 hours of project initiation and before significant work has been completed. Once development work has progressed beyond the initial planning stage, refunds will be prorated based on completed work.

Digital Products

Since our website development services result in custom digital products created specifically for your business, standard return policies do not apply. Each project is tailored to your unique requirements and cannot be resold.

Revisions and Modifications

We offer revision rounds as part of our service packages. If you are not satisfied with the initial deliverables, we will work with you to make necessary revisions within the scope of your selected package.
